4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and may include applicable VAT.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash on delivery, as applicable.
• Full Payment: Orders require full payment upon confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided only in cases of defective products or incorrect orders due to our error.
• Custom Orders: Refunds are not available for custom designs unless the product is faulty.

6. Delivery Policy

• Timeline: We aim to deliver within 36–48 hours after design approval. Complex designs may take longer.
• Shipping Area: Delivery is available across the UAE.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All designs, content, and trademarks on 36HourNeon.ae are the property of 36HourNeon.ae. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.
