  • Custom Neon Signs: We design and deliver high-quality custom neon lights for homes, businesses, and events.

  • Order Process: All designs require approval before production. Once approved, we begin manufacturing your neon signage immediately.

  • Installation: Our signs are easy to install. For complex or large-scale installations, professional installation services are available upon request.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing:All prices are in AED and include applicable VAT where required.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where applicable).

  • Full Payment: Full payment is required to confirm all custom neon orders.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order only before production begins.

  • Refunds: Eligible only for defective products or errors caused by us.

  • Custom Designs: Since each sign is made-to-order, refunds are not applicable unless the item is faulty.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Timeline: We aim to deliver within 36–48 hours after final design approval.

  • Shipping Area: We deliver across the UAE, including all major cities.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays due to external circumstances such as customs, weather, or courier issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, logos, and media, on 36HourNeon.ae is the intellectual property of the company. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of our site or products without prior written consent.

8. User Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our neon signage products in accordance with UAE laws and safety guidelines

9. Limitation of Liability

36HourNeon is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use.

  • Damages from improper handling or installation not carried out by us.
